Raue Center welcomes Bourbon Country as Music Artist in Residence for the 2022-23 season! – Shaw Local
On July 9, 2022 at 7 p.m., Music Artist-in-Residence Bourbon Country will kick off the second annual Raue Center For The Arts Outdoor Summer Concert Series, arts on the greenat St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Crystal Lake. Bourbon Country, a formidable acoustic group that mixes harmonies and soft guitars, will perform popular country hits past and present.
With years of experience in cover bands, Randy Leggee and Nathan Masey of Bourbon Country decided to develop a pure country cover band in 2012 that would differentiate them in the Midwestern market. After Masey finally moved to California, Warren Pohl joined the band, bringing decades of experience and a plan to incorporate the classic rock genre to complement country music.
Whether they’re having a blast with the anthemic version of “Wagon Wheel,” warming your soul with island-inspired “Two Piña Coladas,” or taking it down for the slow dance “Sure Be Cool If You Did”, Bourbon Country delivers exceptional sound.
While continuing to deliver country hits from the past and present, Bourbon Country has evolved again with the addition of seasoned music professionals Jody and Paul Fields and Wade Frazier, and is now one of the strongest vocal groups around. from the moment.
