Malone and his wife Helen Cavallo had planned to tie the knot in September but have delayed their ceremony due to the pandemic. They finally surprised their family and friends at a ceremony in Malone’s backyard on December 26.

“I wrote a song about wanting to marry her under a tree and then it all came true,” Malone said.

Cavallo is the Head Chef of Food and Bounty Catering located at Sunset Gower Studios, a 14-acre Hollywood TV and movie studio. Cavallo is also the host of “That’s Fresh,” an abridged cooking show produced by Disney.

Malone’s music has been presented several times at ABC General Hospital in recent years and she made her first screen appearance in the episode “Nurses Ball” which aired on August 21, 2020. Her performance in the ‘episode was scheduled to be filmed in March. before being pushed back to August.

“I felt very lucky and blessed to know that at some point in 2020 I would be on TV,” Malone said of the concert, adding that she knew many musicians in Los Angeles who had to move to them in 2020, some even changing careers. .

Malone’s music has also been featured recently in three episodes of ABC’s “20/20” and one episode of “CBS This Morning”.
